CAREERS

Working here

If you care about doing this properly rather than quickly, we would like to hear from you.

WHAT WE DO

The work, described honestly

Broking is part analysis, part project management and part difficult conversation. You assess a household's position, work out which lender's policy fits it, prepare an application that will survive scrutiny, and then keep everyone informed while it moves through a process you do not control.

The people who do well at it are organised, straightforward with clients when the answer is not what they hoped, and genuinely interested in the detail of lender policy.

We would rather train someone careful than hire someone who closes quickly.

APPLYING

Questions about working with us

Do I need broking experience?

Not necessarily. Experience helps, but we will consider people from banking, financial services, or entirely outside the industry who have the right qualities and are prepared to do the qualifications.

Support and administration roles are also a common way into broking.

What qualifications do I need?

Credit assistance in Australia requires appropriate qualifications and accreditation, and ongoing professional development.

If you are new to the industry we can talk through what is required and how people usually go about it.

Is there a role if I do not want to be client-facing?

Yes. Broking depends heavily on support, processing and administration, and those roles are genuinely skilled rather than junior.

Tell us what you are good at and we will tell you honestly whether there is a fit.

How do I apply?

Send an enquiry through the form on this page with a short note about your background and what you are looking for, and attach a CV if you have one ready.
